Cable Issues The Inn and Byrd Apartments

The building you live in has cable service from Time Warner Cable. When there is an issue with Cable TV, it is required that you call Time Warner Cable to get support.  
 
TWC will help you troubleshoot your issue, and may dispatch a technician to fix your problem.
 
Please have this information together before you call:  
1. Your Room/Unit Number  
2. The address of your complex (addresses are listed below)  
3. The Serial Number on the bottom of the cable box

Once you have this info together, call Time Warner Cable at 1-877-892-2220.
